Created in 2014 from the split of a historic real estate born in the 80s, Isiac srl, led by the Arrigo family, entrepreneurs who love beautiful things, who fell in love with this magical place and invested their money and their experience to give the possibility for those with good taste, to choose from more than 30 lots complete with all utilities and with breathtaking views, and indulge themselves in building the house of their dreams, in the hills with lots of fresh air, and in spite of everything, one step away from sea.

Estia House is proud of its passion for construction and supply of sustainable timber buildings. This drive and determination is based upon 100 years of Northern Europe’s experience in ecological forestry and processing of wood products. We add to this the use of innovative modern technology to ensure the highest quality final product.
We design and build, to individual requirements , all types of wooden houses which are modern styled, energy efficient and built to all up to date ecological standards.
We offer a complete “ hands on “ service which covers involvement with clients in all aspects of initial planning , design, recommendations and assistance with final construction.
